About the Role
  • We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Supply Chain Finance (SCF) portfolio, encompassing vendor and dealer financing, invoice discounting, and bill discounting.
  • This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial markets, and the ability to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • You will conduct thorough financial and credit analysis to assess risk and determine appropriate credit limits.
  • Collaboration with risk, legal, operations, and compliance teams is essential for smooth execution.
  • Developing strategic relationships with corporates, dealers, and suppliers will be crucial to your success.
  • You will monitor portfolio performance, delinquencies, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Driving digital onboarding and process automation initiatives will also be an important aspect of this role.
Requirements
  • An MBA in Finance or a related field is required, with CA or CFA qualification preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in SCF or working capital finance, preferably in NBFCs, banks, or fintechs, is essential.
  • A strong understanding of SCF products like invoice discounting, factoring, and dealer-vendor financing is necessary.
  • Proven experience in credit underwriting, client acquisition, and portfolio management is also required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are vital for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital finance platforms tools is expected.
