About the Role:

We seek an experienced Lead Cloud Solution Architect with deep expertise in Azure Cloud to design, implement, and manage innovative cloud solutions for our enterprise clients. As a key member of our cloud solutions team, you will collaborate with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to craft tailored cloud strategies, ensuring security, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cloud Architecture & Design: Lead the design and deployment of robust, secure, and scalable Azure cloud architectures for diverse enterprise workloads.
  • Cloud Strategy & Roadmaps: Develop comprehensive cloud adoption roadmaps that align with clients' business goals and technical requirements.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership in areas such as cloud migration, hybrid cloud, and multi-cloud strategies, ensuring optimal solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, translate them into effective cloud solutions, and manage technical discussions.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure Azure solutions adhere to industry best practices for security, compliance, identity management, and disaster recovery.
  • Automation & Optimization: Drive the adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools such as ARM templates, Terraform, and Azure DevOps, optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of cloud architects and engineers, providing guidance on Azure best practices, training, and professional development.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Extensive Azure Experience: Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing complex Azure-based solutions.
  • Cloud Architecture Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud-native design patterns, including microservices, containerization, and serverless architecture.
  • Security & Governance: Strong understanding of Azure security controls, compliance frameworks, identity and access management, and security policies.
  • DevOps & Automation: Proficiency in DevOps principles and tools, particularly Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring tools.
  • Networking & Connectivity: Experience with Azure networking, VPNs, ExpressRoute, VNETs, and hybrid connectivity models.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent certifications are preferred.
  • Team Leadership: Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide technical teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, preferably with an MBA. Any current Google/AWS/Azure Cloud Certifications will be an added benefit.
