Job Title: HR Transformation Manager

We are seeking a seasoned HR Transformation Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead HR transformation projects for global clients, driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

This involves designing and implementing HR operating and service delivery models, as well as driving competency-based talent management initiatives.

In addition, the HR Transformation Manager will support HR SaaS configurations and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of HR transformation projects.
  • Analyze business needs and develop strategic solutions to drive HR transformation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for HR transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
  • MBA or equivalent degree with 3+ years of experience in HR transformation.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful HR transformation projects for global clients.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of platforms like Workday, SAP, Oracle, or SuccessFactors.
