Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and work with MarTech tools used for customer engagement and CDP integration.
  • Gather hands-on experience with the customer data lifecycle—collection, validation, preparation, and management.
  • Apply SQL fundamentals for querying, validating, and transforming datasets.
  • Perform data research to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for analytics.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify business trends, behavioral patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools) to communicate insights effectively.
  • Support data integration projects with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring smooth workflow and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with global teams across time zones, handling communication and deliverables professionally.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous learning, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.

Technical Skills:

  • Baseline knowledge of SQL is necessary.
  • Familiarity with MarTech platforms is an asset.
  • Understanding of data lifecycle, data quality, and analytics concepts is essential.
  • Baseline knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) is needed.
  • Awareness of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial.
  • A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset is required.
  • An effective team player with collaboration skills is essential.
  • The ability to work under pressure with flexibility and adaptability is necessary.
  • An eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
