Job Description

Genpact is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Third Party Risk Management Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for working closely with managers to support their responsibilities and carrying out various tasks related to third-party due diligence.

You will work on bulk alert clearance, public media searches, true hit reporting, and tracking maintenance. Additionally, you will assist in researching new business opportunities and creating supporting materials. You will also coordinate with stakeholders to assess supplier performance and external risk assessments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in third-party due diligence and vendor onboarding processes.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Education: A graduate from a reputable college with a degree in B.A./B.Com./B.Com.(Hons.)/B.A.(Hons.).
  2. Experience: Experience in third-party due diligence (TPDD) and/or S2P process (Vendor onboarding) is preferred.
  3. Skills: Understanding of screening databases like Lexis Nexis, Dow Jones, Thomson Reuters, etc., is required. You should also have experience with eliminating bulk alerts, identifying true hits, and understanding screening companies and individuals.
