Job Description

Title: Operations Management Specialist

  • We handle post-issue service requests including address changes, updates to beneficiary information, ownership and payor changes, as well as banking information updates.
  • Routine maintenance tasks such as corrections to policy data, transaction reversals, and reinstatements are also performed.
  • We maintain and update policy records in our administration systems according to standard operating procedures.
  • Collaboration with third-party administrators (TPAs), internal teams, and custodians is necessary to resolve discrepancies and ensure high-quality service.
  • Escalated issues or incomplete transactions related to policy servicing are researched and resolved.
  • Our goal is to meet service levels and turnaround times according to Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
  • We support audits and regulatory compliance activities by providing accurate documentation and timely responses.

Key Skills: We seek individuals with strong organizational and analytical skills, who can work effectively in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also required.
