Job Title: ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement midserver configuration, CMDB, discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC).
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow ITOM configurations, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.
  • Configure and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modular platform.
  • Develop training materials and train stakeholders on new processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions.
  • Represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.

Requirements:

  • 4-12 years of experience working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environments.
  • Minimum 4-12 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts, DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments.
  • Basic understanding of industrial control systems and OT network functions.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations and PowerShell scripting.
  • Moderate understanding of database-level architecture and SQL query writing.
  • Ability to script automated processes using business rules, script actions, and other tools.
