At InfoBeans, we're seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support our large-scale ERP programs.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate meetings, document decisions, and track project plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating meetings, documenting agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
  • Tracking and monitoring project plans, issues, and risks; consolidating updates for status reports.
  • Following up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers.
  • Escalating risks and dependencies appropriately to leadership.
  • Ensuring accountability by assigning clear ownership for all action items.
  • Supporting project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.

Required skills & experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with US stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.
  • Skilled in prioritization, risk tracking, and escalation management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience coordinating D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations.
  • Exposure to large-scale ERP or IT transformation programs.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.

Qualification & certification:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
