We seek a dynamic and empathetic professional to guide students through their international education journey. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of global education systems, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals overseas.

  • The successful applicant will gain cross-functional exposure to various departments involved in international student recruitment.
  • They will handle student inquiries and provide professional guidance on admissions and visa processes.
  • Effective communication with prospective students is crucial to build trust throughout the application cycle.

A key responsibility will be to follow up regularly with students, ensuring updates on every stage of the process.

The selected candidate must maintain documentation and record communications via internal systems.

Educating students on compliance requirements and assisting with document preparation are also essential tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, International Relations, or related fields
  • 1–3 years of experience in academic advising, international education, or a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with global education systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
