Global Education Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Global Education Consultant to lead students through their international education journey. This role involves providing personalized guidance, facilitating the admission and visa processes, and ensuring exceptional student satisfaction and successful outcomes.

  • Counsel students one-on-one (in-person or virtual) to assess their goals, background, and eligibility.
  • Recommend suitable universities, courses, countries, scholarships, and application strategies to students.
  • Support students throughout the admission process—application filing, documentation, letters of recommendation, statements of purpose, and fee payments.
  • Guide students and parents through the visa process, including preparing them for interviews and document collection.
  • Maintain accurate student records in CRM tools and provide timely reports.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets related to applications, offers, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with current trends in international education and maintain relationships with partner universities.
  • Attend training, webinars, and internal strategy meetings.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Empathetic listener and persuasive communicator.
  • In-depth knowledge of the international education landscape (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
  • Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated individual.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
