Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Design Manager to lead our hospitality projects from concept development to construction documents. This role requires a strong command of design principles, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture and a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in hospitality design. They should be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, and Photoshop, as well as have experience with FF&E specs, room matrices, take-offs, and specification software.

Responsibilities include overseeing design teams, managing external vendors, and ensuring brand compliance, drawing accuracy, and budget alignment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading design audits, issuing design basis reports, and providing value engineering options without compromising scope.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to read and coordinate MEP, lighting, and electrical drawings.
