Identity Access Management Engineer Role">

Ideal candidates will have 3-9 years of experience in Identity and Access Management with a focus on single sign-on (SSO) and federation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IAM solutions using PingFederate, PingAccess, and related products.
  • Develop and maintain Java-based backend services to support authentication and authorization workflows.
  • Integrate applications into SSO frameworks using SAML, OAuth2, and OIDC protocols.
  • Customize PingFederate policies using OGNL expressions and provide front-end customizations (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Collaborate with architects, security teams, and application owners to deliver secure identity solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex authentication and federation issues across environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, and other Ping Identity tools.
  • Proficiency in Java backend development and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
  • Deep understanding of identity protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OIDC.
  • Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, SCIM.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and tools like Postman.
  • Basic Linux administration and PKI (X.509 certificates).
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
