Accounting Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounting Professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial transactions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Maintaining accurate records of transactions, credits, and adjustments in our accounting system.">
  • Implementing revenue recognition policies in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.">
  • Managing inter-company transactions and ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.">
  • Ensuring compliance with transfer pricing policies and inter-company agreements.">
  • Collaborating with sales and account management teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.">
  • Providing reports or confirmation to the internal tax and regulatory team on time for filing purposes.">
  • Assisting in preparation of annual financial statements along with the compilation of audit schedules.">
  • Continuously evaluating existing processes and systems related to accounts receivable, revenue, and client management to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.">
  • Implementing process enhancements and automation tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual errors, and increase productivity.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A Commerce graduate degree with 3+ years of practical accounting experience (preferably in a service industry).">
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written communications).">
  • Time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.">
  • Able to work in a target-oriented environment and under pressure.">
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.">
  • Experience with Tally ERP. Experience of Zoho books is an advantage.">
  • Flexible, committed, and driven.">
  • Good level of self-efficacy as relates to problem-solving and client service delivery.">
