Project Manager and Business Development Role

This is a dynamic role that combines project management skills with business development acumen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budget specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, including experience with creating and executing comprehensive social media strategies, content creation, analytics, and reporting. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, with at least 3 years of experience in team management, is required. Strong problem-solving skills, a growth mindset, and proficiency in comprehension, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential. A graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably an MBA, is also desirable.

In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, working closely with new and existing clients to identify their pain points and future needs. You will also plan and coordinate projects from inception, driving and owning them within specified quality, time, and pricing specifications.

You will work closely with internal teams, including strategy, design, and copy, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment. Your expertise in project management and ability to set and integrate new SOPs and training on tools used during all steps of managing projects will be valuable assets in this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budget specifications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, with at least 3 years of experience in team management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a growth mindset, and proficiency in comprehension, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably an MBA.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.
