Process Improvement Professional

The organization seeks an accomplished Process Improvement Professional to spearhead process enhancements and project management across the enterprise.

About This Role

  • This seasoned professional will leverage Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to identify inefficiencies and optimize processes
  • A key responsibility will be developing process maps, workflows, and documentation to standardize best practices
  • The ideal candidate will conduct thorough root cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to drive process changes and ensure consistency across departments
  • This position involves driving action plan closures to address systemic problems and prevent recurrence based on data analysis and root cause analysis
  • Oversight of cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Development of project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Effective coordination and communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables
  • Tracking and reporting on project performance using key metrics, ensuring all projects align with the organization's strategic goals
  • This role requires close collaboration in a PMO environment with business leaders, service delivery teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between quality standards, performance goals, and customer expectations
  • Cross-functional teams will collaborate to design and implement initiatives that improve quality and performance across the organization
  • Facilitation of change management efforts related to process improvements and new project implementations
  • Management of Change Request processes at the organizational level
  • Providing training and support to ensure teams are well-equipped to adopt new processes and technologies
  • Effective management of project scope changes, obtaining necessary approvals and communicating updates to the team
  • Training and coaching of business teams on process excellence concepts
  • Ensuring all employees have the necessary tools, knowledge, and skills to deliver high-quality services and meet performance objectives

  • Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
