Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic support specialist to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, while also contributing to the growth of our platform through user insights and upselling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via email and phone calls, ensuring a seamless experience for authors
- Upsell premium packages and add-on services, increasing awareness of our offerings
- Educate customers about additional publishing services, including cover design, marketing packages, and distribution options
- Gather insights from customers on their experience, identifying areas for improvement
- Share valuable customer feedback with internal teams to inform product improvements and enhance the user experience
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for effectively assisting customers and conveying information clearly
- Fluency in Hindi (speaking is essential; reading and writing are advantageous) to engage with customers
- A customer-first mindset, with a genuine passion for helping customers succeed
- A proactive attitude toward upselling and promoting high-value services
- Ability to gather insights from customer interactions and report key findings to the team
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
