Role Summary:

We are seeking a strategic Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to drive financial visibility, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making across the business. This individual will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes in collaboration with business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance, identify variances vs. budget/forecast, and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to inform business strategy.
  • Partner with sales, operations, and product teams to support decision-making with financial analysis and modeling.
  • Develop and enhance financial models for scenario planning, profitability analysis, and resource allocation.
  • Support board reporting and investor presentations.
  • Drive process improvements and automation within FP&A to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA/CMA) preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools.
  • Experience working in a high-growth or tech-driven environment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
