Senior Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing accounts and finance functions within the manufacturing industry.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Strategy: Lead the financial planning process, develop strategies to optimize cost and improve profitability.
- Accounts and Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), manage day-to-day accounting operations, and oversee accounting team performance.
- Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC filings, and other applicable laws.
- Treasury and Working Capital Management: Manage cash flows, banking operations, and fund utilization efficiently.
- Cost Control and MIS: Implement effective cost accounting systems, monitor production-related costs, and develop periodic MIS reports.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team, ensure skill development and high performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
- 8-15 years of post-qualification experience in accounts and finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in manufacturing (preferably metals/steel sector).
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, cost control, and treasury management.
- Proven track record in handling audits, liaising with banks, and managing working capital.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
