Senior Financial Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, encompassing accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements and reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor cash flow, investments, and cash forecasting to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.

Accounting & Compliance Expertise:

  • Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant tax regulations.
  • Timely and accurately file all Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, as well as income tax returns.
  • Handle GST audits, assessments, and departmental notices in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of transfer pricing compliance and documentation.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits to safeguard company assets.

Strategic Financial Support:

  • Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management on financial planning and risk management to mitigate potential risks.
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
  • Train staff on financial systems and compliance requirements to enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in financial management and accounting.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
