About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development leader to drive capability, leadership development, and talent readiness across multiple locations in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a pan-India L&D strategy aligned with business transformation and growth objectives.
    • Create Management Development Centres and Assessment Centres for leadership pipeline development and succession planning.
    • Drive organizational capability building across technical, behavioral, and leadership domains through customized learning journeys.
  • Talent & Leadership Development:
    • Design and implement high-potential talent programs, executive coaching, mentoring, and career pathing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with plant heads, functional leaders, and HRBPs to identify learning needs and deploy solutions that drive business outcomes.
    • Act as a change agent for cultural transformation and continuous learning, promoting blended learning models including e-learning, workshops, simulations, and on-the-job training.
  • Learning Infrastructure & Innovation:
    • Integrate digital learning platforms across locations to enhance user experience and facilitate seamless access to learning resources.
    • Leverage AI and analytics for learning impact measurement and personalization, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Governance & ROI:
    • Establish clear KPIs for learning effectiveness and report outcomes to senior leadership, ensuring measurable ROI and compliance with statutory and industry-specific training mandates.
    • Ensure cost-effective delivery of L&D services, exploring opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
