KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and create high-level designs, as well as review low-level designs.
  • Define functional and non-functional test cases, and security requirements across IMS networks.
  • Work closely with system engineers to support them in IMS end-to-end troubleshooting during ATPs.
  • Be accountable for IMS High-Level Design.
  • Define scalability growth of the domain, including traffic profile of customers.
  • Define detailed call flows of the domain.
  • Develop a migration strategy for existing services.
  • Define high-level security requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

You will need:

  • At least 15 years of experience in IMS projects.
  • The ability to create solution design for IMS products.
  • Support for solution deployment and solution architecture creation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot call flow-related issues and fix them, with experience in networking troubleshooting using tools like Wireshark.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (VNF, CNF) and related products or VMware/OpenShift.
  • Advanced level on Operating Systems such as Linux or Solaris.
  • Experience with virtualization - VMWare or OpenStack.

It would be beneficial if you also had:

  • Ability to work with both technical and management layers at customer sites.
  • Leadership skills for complex technical programs.
  • Ability to discuss with customers for requirements gathering.
  • Ability to work on automation initiatives.
  • Ability to play a role of individual contributor as well as team player based on project requirements.
  • Good communication skills.
