Job Title: Community Services Specialist

The role of a Community Services Specialist is pivotal in driving project execution and management to ensure seamless alignment with project plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution and Management: Efficiently plan, implement, and track projects, ensuring timely delivery of quality results, collaborative approach with internal teams, fostering innovation, addressing operational challenges promptly, and regular field visits to monitor progress.
  • Develop Partnerships and Advocacy: Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, increase project visibility, identify opportunities for stakeholder activities to align with project goals, represent the project at meetings and advocacy forums, participate in advocacy efforts, design effective advocacy strategies and activities.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Social Work or related field, minimum 1 year of experience in program implementation, sound understanding of social and environmental concepts, fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi languages.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, produce quality outputs, proactive and self-motivated, humility, honesty, transparency, integrity, and confidentiality.

Skills:

  • Ability to develop good relationships with stakeholders, excellent interpersonal skills, open to new challenges, attention to detail, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities are not exhaustive, flexibility is required, and the incumbent is expected to carry out any other related duties as necessary for the optimum functioning of the organization.
