Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team at Perch. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience running successful paid campaigns, managing digital marketing budgets, and driving measurable results across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion data to inform strategy and improve efficiency.
  • Insights & Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media and advertising trends to enhance engagement.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers to create high-performing content.
  • Brand Initiatives: Work closely with the brand and creative teams to ensure messaging consistency.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years in performance marketing within e-commerce or D2C brands.
  • Expertise: Proven experience handling annual budgets.
  • Tools: Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, e-Commerce Marketplace Platforms, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong skills in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and attribution modeling.
  • Creative Input: Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop for creative collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of campaign strategy, execution, and analysis. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and communicate complex ideas effectively to stakeholders.
