We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to lead our design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and products.

  • Design and develop innovative mechanical components, systems, and products using CAD tools like Creo.
  • Lead the conceptualization, detail design, modeling, and drawing of new products.
  • Experience in handling large assemblies using simplified reps in Creo is preferred.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, GD&T, PDM/PLM tools, and Bill of Materials is essential.
  • Develop solutions for new concept designs and prepare BOMs, manufacturing drawings, and standard knowledge documents.
  • Procure new parts and have good knowledge in semiconductor domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in PLM systems, ECO/ECN, GD&T, stack-up analysis, and 3D CAD tools.
  • Hands-on experience in electrical components, cable harness, and simulation is a plus.
  • Sound knowledge of manufacturing methods and material selection.
  • Exposure to SAP, ECTR, Windchill, or Teamcenter is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of welding's, plating's, coating, and surface finish requirements.
  • Must have hands-on experience in CREO, Semi domain, SPM, and hand calculation.
  • Good knowledge of designing mechanical and electrical parts (components).
  • Preferred CAD tool: Unigraphics, Creo, Inventor.
  • PLM Tool: Teamcenter.

Requirements:

  • 2-12 years of experience in mechanical engineering or electromechanical engineering.
  • NPD/NPI experience.
  • Electromechanical product design experience.
  • Sheet metal design, machined component design, and gas lines experience.
  • Extensive experience in Creo.
  • Experience in SAP, ECTR, Windchill, or Teamcenter.
  • Good skills in 3D concept development, 2D development drawings.
  • Knowledge in GD&T and tolerance analysis.
  • Engineering change management.
  • Good understanding in manufacturing process and welding's.
  • Good understanding in plating's, coating, and surface finish requirements.
  • UG/NX, AutoCAD, Oracle BOM, and/or Oracle ECO knowledge.

Skills:
