**Job Title:** IPC Author

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of an IPC Author. As an IPC Author, you will be responsible for creating, modifying, and revising Illustrated Parts Catalogues (IPCs) for various aircraft models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Familiarity with Airbus standards, tools, and processes is essential for this role.
  • You will need to understand and implement impact analysis to create content that meets change requests.
  • Independently working on project details, supplier drawings, technical specifications, and customer requirements is crucial.
  • You will be responsible for technical analysis of modifications/configuration management.
  • Analyzing information and structuring it in an efficient manner is vital.
  • You will need to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Creation/revision of illustrated parts catalogues as per Ispec2200 standards is a key responsibility.
  • Preparation of mockups for illustrators is also part of this role.
  • You will need to adhere to quality procedures as defined in the quality system.
  • Regular reporting to project leaders on project deviations, progress, and internal/external problems is required.
  • Proactive coordination with customers is essential.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and meet customer expectations.

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with SAP PCS and other relevant tools and software.
