Walmart Cross Border Trade Business Growth Specialist

Job Description:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire and manage channel partners in India. The primary goal is to build a robust network of channel partners who can help onboard sellers from India onto our marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring and managing channel partners
- Design and implement frameworks for partner operations and performance metrics
- Create effective payout models and negotiate agreements with partners
- Bullet&nsbp; x- Manage a team of partner managers to execute strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree
- 5+ years of business development or account management experience in recruiting and managing clients or channel partners
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cross-border e-commerce landscape
- Team management experience
- B2B experience with manufacturers and suppliers
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt
