We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all warehouse activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in warehouse management, including inventory control, stockroom operations, and supply chain logistics. You will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective warehouse operations strategies to optimize storage capacity and reduce costs
  • Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with procurement and shipping teams to ensure seamless logistics operations
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels and movements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Knowledge of inventory management software and systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred
