Lead UI/UX Designer

Our company is looking for an experienced and skilled Lead UI/UX Designer to drive the design process of our product. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process from wireframing to high-fidelity mockups.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing minimalistic website designs with a focus on usability and simplicity. They will also have experience working in fast-paced environments and be proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user experiences and visual identities for our product.
  • Work closely with product managers to translate ideas into seamless digital interfaces.
  • Lead the end-to-end design process for our website.
  • Create and maintain a clean, modern, and minimalistic design system.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing minimalistic website designs.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
