We are currently seeking a skilled laboratory professional to conduct various tests, analyze results, maintain lab equipment and ensure quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests such as blood analysis and microscopy
  • Handle, store, process and dispose of biological samples safely
  • Maintain and calibrate lab equipment according to manufacturer specifications
  • Accurately record and analyze test results using statistical software
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures for handling hazardous materials
  • Collaborate with senior pathologists and lab staff to provide diagnostic support
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)
  • Previous experience working in a clinical laboratory setting preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety protocols and quality control measures
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate results clearly
