AI Development Opportunities

You will be embedded within a team of experienced machine learning engineers and data scientists, responsible for creating and productizing cutting-edge generative AI and deep learning solutions.

  • Design, develop and deploy production-ready scalable solutions that leverage GenAI, traditional ML models, data science and ETL pipelines to drive business value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into operations and improve efficiency.
  • Build and enhance frameworks for automation, data processing, and model deployment using industry-leading tools and workflows.
  • Utilize Gen-AI tools and workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of AI solutions and drive innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and related technologies through research and continuous learning.
  • Deliver key product features within cloud analytics and contribute to the development of AI-powered solutions.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering, statistics or math is essential.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data science, computer vision or related domains is required.
  • Proven experience with building and deploying generative AI solutions is necessary.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and solid fundamentals in computer science, particularly in algorithms, data structures and OOP are required.
  • Experience with Gen-AI tools and workflows is preferred.
  • Proficiency in both vision-related AI and data analysis using generative AI is essential.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and deploying models at scale is required.
  • Knowledge of transformer architectures and large language models (LLMs) is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Hugging Face is preferred.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills are necessary.

Desired Skills:

  • Working experience with AWS or Azure AI tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of technologies such as Kafka streams, queues and REST API systems is beneficial.
  • Programming languages like Python, SQL and C++ are good to have.
  • Tools like PyTorch, FastAPI, MLFlow, Hugging face pipelines, Langgraph and OpenAI are preferred.
  • Understanding of best practices in software development, including version control, testing and continuous integration is essential.
