Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

This position involves working with various stakeholders to understand business problems and develop data-driven solutions using business intelligence analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify problem statements that can be solved through data analysis and visualization.
  • Work with partners and internal teams to understand problem statements.
  • Extract relevant data from sources.
  • Perform data cleaning, develop automated scripts for cleaning and validation.
  • Assess data quality and identify ways to improve it.
  • Provide inputs to the team to improve data collection and validation at the point of capture.
  • Migrate data between source and target systems.
  • Present insights as data visualizations to drive decision making.
  • Develop data repositories and maintain their integrity.
  • Brainstorm ideas and create prototypes of future tools and products.
  • Write queries to fetch data from different types of data sources.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, or electronics.
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in logical thinking, data analytics, quantitative analysis, and algorithm optimization.
  • Understanding of databases, analytics, and application programming languages such as Python, R, etc.
  • Knowledge of BI Analytics Platform provided by Zoho.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Excel and emails; knowledge of cloud would be an added advantage.
