Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in leadership or direct supervision within the aeronautics industry
  • Accomplished operational leader with experience in building and managing a team
  • Experience in maintenance, tools design, or service bulletins is a plus
