About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced SAP program manager to lead end-to-end SAP operations, drive system implementation, integration, and process optimization, ensuring business continuity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and oversee the entire SAP program lifecycle from planning to execution.
  • Manage and support SAP Business One (B1) and related SAP modules.
  • Drive SAP system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process automation and optimization.
  • Ensure system compliance, data integrity, and security across all SAP modules.
  • Monitor SAP system performance and address issues proactively to minimize downtime.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and continuous support to internal stakeholders.
  • Align SAP capabilities with organizational goals to support digital transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners for project success.

Required Skills:

  • SAP Business One expertise and experience in relevant ERP modules.
  • Proven track record in SAP implementation, integration, and program management.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in the manufacturing domain.
  • Effective project management skills, including Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Data migration, reporting tools, and SAP analytics knowledge.
  • System compliance, IT governance, and security protocols understanding.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
