Job Title: SAP Security Manager

As a seasoned professional in SAP security, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strong relationships with teams and clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic decision-making with engagement management and understanding the broader impact of current decisions.
  • Lead client-facing projects, including engagement planning, economics, and billing.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to exceed their expectations by challenging the status quo.
  • Assist clients in identifying and evaluating business opportunities in SAP & HANA controls, GRC, and Security, leading proposals/RFPs/RFIs, demos, POCs.
  • Liaise with key client stakeholders to build strong relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Develop tailored solutions for SAP GRC, HANA Security, and HANA Controls.
  • Act as a functional/technical lead within projects, driving them successfully.
  • Lead client discussions during design/blueprint phases to build implementation strategies.
  • Design and implement risk and controls frameworks in line with clients' business processes.
  • Focus on resolving client issues/challenges through innovative solutions.
  • Maintain open communication protocols for reporting project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Computer Science or related field with 12+ years of consulting experience and at least 2 years as a Manager or Lead in SAP Security GRC.
  • Experience in implementing SAP Security, specifically with SAP S4 Hana and SAP GRC Access Control 10.1 or above.
  • Design and implement access management solutions for new SAP ERP applications.
  • Expertise in SAP security design and configuration for SAP solutions like ECC, S4 HANA, Fiori, BPC.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, controls framework, compliance, regulations, and SOD concepts in SAP ERP/HANA environments.
