
Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Executive to lead our medical operations team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management and be familiar with the medical industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Management: Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
- Performance Evaluation: Communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, appraise, and review job contributions.
- Compensation Planning: Plan and review compensation actions; enforce policies and procedures.
- Operations Analysis: Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions.
- Operations Development: Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.
- Process Improvement: Analyze process workflow, employee, and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.
- Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Professional Development: Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Goal Achievement: Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our medical operations team and driving business growth through effective operations management.
