Operations Management Position

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Executive to lead our medical operations team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management and be familiar with the medical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Management: Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
  • Performance Evaluation: Communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, appraise, and review job contributions.
  • Compensation Planning: Plan and review compensation actions; enforce policies and procedures.
  • Operations Analysis: Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions.
  • Operations Development: Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze process workflow, employee, and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.
  • Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
  • Professional Development: Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Goal Achievement: Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
