Job Summary

Production planners coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products, plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay, and determine workforce, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand. This role requires good communication and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
  • Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
  • Determine workforce, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand
  • Schedule shift according to production needs
  • Work order attainment to ensure they will finish on time
  • Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
  • Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives)
  • Prepare and submit status and performance reports
  • Keep paperwork organized
  • Collaborate with Procurement, customer care, and production teams

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will have experience in the actuator, controls instrumentation industry, a bachelor's degree in engineering, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and good English communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is also essential.
