Job Overview:

Strategic Program Manager Position

This role involves overseeing program governance, performance reporting, and customer engagement tracking for B2B sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop executive-level presentations for B2B Sales customer meetings and leadership sessions.
  • Consolidate and analyze customer engagement data across sales teams to present a unified view to senior leaders.
  • Prepare weekly/quarterly business reports for the CEO Office by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Track key sales programs and initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution support.
  • Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making through clear, data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing an MBA (Engineering/Technical background is a plus).
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales program management, corporate strategy, consulting, or sales operations.
  • Mandatory B2B Sales experience (exposure to customer-facing business environments).
  • Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Excel (executive storytelling + data representation).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-visibility projects.
