Technical Account Professional

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Identify and address customer needs through proactive engagement and issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions and services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical account management or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
