Job Overview


Senior pharmacists play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective management of medications.

The key responsibilities of this position include reviewing and executing physician's prescriptions, maintaining control over delivering, stocking, and labeling medicine, and providing assistance with other medical services such as injections and blood pressure/temperature measurements.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
1.Review and execute physician's prescriptions checking their appropriateness and legality
2.Organize the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and faster

3.Maintain full control over delivering, stocking and labeling medicine and other products and monitor their condition to prevent expiring or deterioration

4.Listen carefully to customers to interpret their needs and issues and offer information and advice

5.Provide assistance other medical services such as injections, blood pressure/ temperature measurements etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A Senior Pharmacist should have a deep understanding of pharmaceutical principles, including pharmacology, toxicology, and pharmaceutical chemistry. They should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, they should be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information.
