Technical Business Analyst Opportunity

This role presents a unique chance to work as a Technical Business Analyst for a 6-month contractual, full-time basis.

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will support enterprise data platform (EDP) operations across process improvement, cloud cost management (FinOps), automation, and infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze workflows and processes to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Build and manage KPIs, dashboards, and reports for leadership insights.
  • Support FinOps initiatives including cloud cost optimization and vendor management.
  • Contribute to infrastructure operations, resiliency planning, and automation.
  • Assist in lifecycle management of IT platform products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, and cloud operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python or R.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and FinOps practices.
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, IaC, and CI/CD analytics.
