As a seasoned integration expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable MuleSoft integrations that connect Salesforce with other systems and applications used by a Healthcare Enterprise. Your expertise in MuleSoft development and integration, particularly in Salesforce integration for managing patient care, field operations, and related business, will be invaluable to our organization.

Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translating them into effective MuleSoft integration solutions.
- Architecting and implementing efficient integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, adhering to best practices and design patterns.
- Developing and maintaining API specifications, documentation, and test cases for MuleSoft integrations to ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Working closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to integrate Salesforce with external systems and ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing MuleSoft integrations to address performance issues and ensure smooth operation.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members on MuleSoft development best practices and techniques.

Requirements include:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in MuleSoft development, with a focus on Salesforce integration.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing MuleSoft integrations using Anypoint Platform, including Mule ESB, Anypoint Studio, and API Manager.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration technologies, such as Salesforce Connect, Apex REST API, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and other web services standards.
- Experience with middleware technologies, message queues, and data transformation techniques.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide effective solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
