Accounting Operations Specialist

Critical Activities
- Accounting, Control, and Compliance: You will oversee accounting processes, ensure timely completion of audits, and maintain accurate records.
- Balancesheet Review Process: Lead the review process, complete variance analysis, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Statutory Compliance Reporting: Prepare and submit reports in a timely manner to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Post-graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of industry experience, preferably in operations and controllership roles.
- Skillset: Strong leadership skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
