Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivered work products meet or exceed client expectations and perform as defined by business requirements.">
  • Support account executives, project delivery leads, and consulting solutions executives in new opportunity pursuits.">
  • Teach and promote the use of Pega Methodology among clients, partners, and teammates.">
  • Mentor and train client business stakeholders in key Pega functionality.">
  • Provide technical training and user support to business groups.">
