Project Management Role

This is a key strategic initiatives role where you will work with other project managers to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, design, validation, and implementation phases, while monitoring progress and escalating risks as needed.
  • Manage project meetings (minutes of meeting, agendas) and maintain documentation, including case studies, memos, and other key records.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices in change management, organizational evolution, and transformation, while supporting strategic initiatives.
  • Use problem-solving skills to develop solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to finalize approaches.
  • Prepare project charters outlining objectives, approaches, expected outcomes, team structures, and high-level plans with key milestones.
  • Facilitate workshops, set up governance frameworks for problem-solving, and prepare tools and templates to support project execution.
  • Lead and drive cross-functional projects with minimal guidance, coordinating stakeholder interactions, external meetings, and field visits when required.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree with 4-7 years of experience in consulting.
  • Structure and organize ambiguous problems, tasks, and information, and be able to act independently.
  • Solve key strategic problems applying standard consulting frameworks and develop recommendations.
  • Excellent proficiency with productivity software (Word, Excel).
  • High degree of flexibility, and can shoulder additional workload when necessary.
  • Comfortable with strategic frameworks and tools such as Balanced scorecards, Issue trees.
