Job Summary

  • We seek a seasoned professional with 6-10 years of experience in Java, Selenium, and SQL to lead our API automation efforts.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Java and Selenium is required.

About the Role

  • The selected candidate will oversee API Automation testing using Rest Assured or similar tools.
  • He/She will build Scenarios with BDD frameworks like Cucumber or Specflow.
  • This role involves developing, designing, and building test automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Cross-browser testing/automation using SauceLabs or BrowserStack is also expected.
  • The candidate must be able to define and report Quality Engineering metrics.
  • Leadership and mentorship skills are necessary to guide a team of Quality engineers.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL is a must-have skill for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Quality engineers to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Mentor team members to improve their technical skills.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in software testing and automation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
