Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in facilitating the successful delivery of consulting engagements.

You will work closely with client stakeholders and business users as well as cross-functional delivery teams over the lifecycle of a project.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general IT business analysis, specifically within the E-Commerce domain. They should also have hands-on experience implementing Hybris Commerce and a concrete understanding of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework.

A Bachelor's degree is required, and the ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines is essential. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently with little to no supervision and possess excellent communication skills.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting one-on-one or small group interview sessions to gather required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements in order to develop requirement documentation.
  • Providing analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting e-commerce system requirements and procedures that are cost effective and meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Providing consultation to client stakeholders and business users in Omni-channel-specific business topics, including product catalog modeling, inventory management, customer service, b2b customer management, b2b procurement, demand generation, promotion strategy, cross-channel commerce, and more.
  • Developing user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope to client and delivery team members.
  • Accountable to complete assigned work within time specified and communicate status if task delivery dates are at risk.
  • Working with other project delivery team members towards the resolution of business or systems issues.
  • Understanding e-commerce data structures, collecting product catalogue data from client business users, manipulating data for import into eCommerce system and identifying data gaps, and performing product data imports into eCommerce system. (Project dependent)
  • Providing system demonstrations and training to client business users.
  • Developing test plans, writing manual/automated test scripts, and defining acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality project deliverables. (Project dependent)
