As a seasoned professional in advertising, we're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to join our organization. This role is perfect for individuals with 1–3 years of experience working in an advertising agency.
Job Description:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and effective project management throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams – creative, strategy, digital, and production – to deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborate in developing strategic campaign approaches aligned with client objectives and goals.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across multiple channels, including digital and mainline media.
- Monitor deliverables, timelines, and ensure quality control before final delivery to clients.
- Prepare comprehensive client presentations, campaign reports, and performance summaries to track progress and success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving high satisfaction and repeat business through excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency.
- Proven experience in both digital and mainline advertising.
- Exposure to campaign strategy, planning, and execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
