Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to handle inbound/outbound customer calls from the US. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, are detail-oriented, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:- Handle phone calls, emails, or chats with customers to resolve their queries, provide product information, and address any issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document call details and customer interactions to maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to established communication protocols and procedures to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Education: Any degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Communication: Fluency in English is required.
- Skills: Proficiency in computer software, basic typing skills, and flexibility to work in night shifts (US hours).
