Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to source subject matter experts and ensure high-quality content.
  • Manage the technical aspects of webinars, including platform setup, audiovisual coordination, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct thorough rehearsals with presenters to guarantee seamless delivery.
  • Analyze and interpret webinar performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in webinar management, virtual events, or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with popular webinar platforms (e.g., ON24) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
