We're looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity (40 hours/week) for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about solving real-world problems using advanced ML techniques.

This role involves designing and implementing solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), developing and fine-tuning prompt engineering strategies for performance optimization, working on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and knowledge-grounded systems, and collaborating closely with backend and AI engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.), proficiency in prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and RAG frameworks, solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and applied techniques, familiarity with tools like LangChain, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar, and ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Develop and fine-tune prompt engineering strategies for performance optimization
  • Work on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and knowledge-grounded systems
  • Apply a wide range of ML techniques including classification, clustering, embeddings, and optimization
  • Collaborate closely with backend and AI engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems
